Choosing the appropriate dust collector depends on the following parameters:
- Dust Concentration: The dust concentration that the dust collector needs to handle (measured in mg/m³).
- Particle Size Distribution: Different dust collectors vary in their effectiveness at handling different particle sizes, so choose according to the dust's particle size distribution.
- Corrosiveness: When handling dust containing corrosive substances, select a dust collector made of corrosion-resistant materials.
- Oiliness: For dust containing oily substances, choose a dust collector suitable for handling oily dust.
- Moisture Content: High-moisture dust requires dust collectors suitable for humid environments.
- Explosion Hazard: When dealing with dust with explosion risks, choose explosion-proof dust collectors.
- Air Volume: Choose a dust collector with the appropriate capacity based on actual air volume needs.
Baghouse Dust Collectors: Baghouse dust collectors offer high filtration efficiency for fine dust, suitable for high-concentration and fine particle dust collection. The filter media can be selected based on the dust characteristics, providing excellent adaptability.
