Structural composition
The filter cartridge dust collector is mainly composed of air inlet pipe, air exhaust pipe, box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, diversion device, air flow distribution plate, filter cartridge and electric control device.
The arrangement of filter cartridge in dust collector is very important. It can be arranged vertically or obliquely on the flower plate.
Working principle
1. Filtration process: After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some particles in the airflow settle in the ash hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; After the dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the dust filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effect of Brownian diffusion and screening. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and passes through the exhaust pipe through the fan.
2. Dust cleaning process: When the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge causes the resistance to reach a certain specified value, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. First, a sub-chamber poppet valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened to compress The air quickly filters the cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to deform and produce vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow scouring, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtration state. Cleaning each room is carried out sequentially.
