In modern industrial production, processes such as mechanical processing, welding and polishing, and powder feeding are often accompanied by the generation of a large amount of fine dust. These suspended particles not only pose a serious threat to the occupational health of frontline workers, but may also cause wear and tear on precision instruments. 1、 Core principle: Efficient interception and automatic regeneration

The operation of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector is based on a two-stage cycle of "filtration cleaning". The dusty gas enters the equipment box under the negative pressure of the centrifugal fan, and the dust particles in the airflow are blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, while the clean air penetrates the filter material and is discharged. As the filtration progresses, the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually thickens, leading to an increase in system resistance (pressure difference). At this time, the intelligent control system will trigger the pulse cleaning program, and the compressed air in the storage tank will be instantly released through the electromagnetic pulse valve (usually lasting 0.1 to 0.2 seconds), forming a high-speed reverse airflow and spraying into the interior of the filter cartridge. This strong impact force causes high-frequency expansion and vibration of the filter cartridge, quickly peeling off the attached dust and dropping it into the ash hopper below, thereby achieving online continuous operation of the equipment.

2、 Why can it achieve "fast collection"?

Compared to traditional bag filters, the cylindrical folding design of the filter cartridge has significant advantages in dealing with sudden or high concentration dust in the workshop. Firstly, the pleated design of the filter cartridge greatly increases the filtration area per unit volume, usually 2 to 3 times that of a bag filter of the same volume, allowing it to provide a huge processing air volume in a smaller space. Secondly, modern filter cartridges commonly use polyester fiber film or nanofiber materials, with a filtration accuracy of over 0.3 micrometers (μ m) and a retention efficiency of up to 99.9% for fine particles such as PM2.5 and welding fumes. This high-precision physical interception capability ensures that dust is firmly locked in at the moment it is inhaled, effectively preventing secondary dust.

3、 Intelligent control and flexible adaptation

In order to achieve rapid response and stable control of workshop dust, modern pulse filter cartridge dust collectors are widely equipped with PLC programmable logic controllers and differential pressure sensors. The system can monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment and automatically adjust the cleaning frequency and fan power according to the actual dust load. This on-demand cleaning mode not only avoids energy waste caused by excessive blowing, but also effectively extends the service life of the filter cartridge (usually up to 1 to 2 years). In addition, the equipment often adopts modular design, supporting mobile installation or seamless integration with universal suction arms and large telescopic gas collection hoods, which can flexibly adapt to the customized needs of workshops of different scales and complex production line layouts.
