1. Check the power wiring, repair damaged lines, tighten loose terminals, and confirm that the power voltage matches the rated voltage of the valve;

2. Check if the coil is burnt out (measured with a multimeter), and replace it with a coil of the same model if it is burnt out;

3. Check the pressure of the gas source to ensure it meets the standard, clean the blockages in the gas source pipeline, and discharge water and oil stains;

4. Disassemble the valve and clean the dust and debris on the valve core. If the valve core is severely worn or stuck, replace it.

(2) Fault 2: Severe leakage of electromagnetic pulse valve

Troubleshooting approach: Focus on inspecting the sealing ring, valve body sealing surface, and nozzle, followed by checking if the valve core is not tightly closed.

Disposal method:

1. Replace aging or damaged sealing rings, clean up debris on the sealing surface, and ensure that the seal fits snugly;

2. Check whether the nozzle is deformed or damaged, and repair or replace it in a timely manner;

3. Check if the valve core is worn or deformed, which may cause loose closure. If necessary, replace the valve core;

4. Tighten the valve connection bolts to avoid air leakage at the connection.

(3) Fault 3: Weak blowing and poor dust cleaning effect

Troubleshooting approach: Prioritize investigating the pressure of the gas source, then check for blockages in the spray pipe and valve opening, and finally investigate the wear of the valve core.

Disposal method:

1. Adjust the air source pressure to the specified range, clean the oil-water separator, and ensure that the air source is clean;

2. Clean up the dust and blockages inside the spray pipe, adjust the position of the spray pipe to ensure even spraying;

3. Check the valve core opening. If the valve core is worn and causes insufficient opening, replace the valve core;

4. Adjust the spraying cycle and duration to meet the requirements of dust cleaning.

(4) Fault 4: Frequent or stuck valve action

Troubleshooting approach: Investigate the control circuit, spray cycle settings, and then check for stuck valve cores and coil faults.

Disposal method:

1. Check the control module, adjust the blowing cycle to a reasonable range, and repair the control circuit fault;

2. Disassemble the valve, clean the valve core of dust and debris, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (to avoid oil pollution of the gas source);

3. Check the coil. If the coil has poor contact or aging, replace it.

1. The faults of electromagnetic pulse valves are mainly caused by unclean gas sources, aging seals, and stuck valve cores. Normalized operation and maintenance can effectively avoid them;
