With the advantages of high filtration accuracy and stable operation, it has become the core link for environmental compliance acceptance. For foreign trade related working conditions, cross-border equipment operation and maintenance, and environmental inspection scenarios, excessive exhaust emissions not only affect compliance, but also delay production progress.

1、 Core investigation before acceptance: first block the source of exceeding the standard

Conducting basic inspections before environmental acceptance can avoid 90% of sudden exceedance problems, with a focus on the three major dust leakage and failure hazards.

1. Bag integrity inspection: Bag damage and detachment are the main reasons for exceeding the standard. Check each bag for wear, erosion, and holes, with a focus on the bag mouth, bottom, and washed areas; Replace aged or damaged filter bags, ensure that the bag opening is tightly sealed, without any jumping or loosening, and prevent direct discharge of dust.

2. Leak detection of sealing points: Check the welding seams, maintenance doors, observation windows, and flange connections of the box body, and seal the leakage points with sealant and high-temperature resistant sealing strips; Pay special attention to the sealing of the flower board to prevent dust from bypassing the filter bag and escaping directly due to airflow short circuit.

3. Ash cleaning system verification: Verify the pulse valve, air bag, and spray pipe to ensure that the spray pressure and frequency are suitable for the working conditions; Weak dust cleaning can lead to clogged filter bags and increased resistance; Excessive dust cleaning can damage the filter bag and cause excessive emissions. Adjust to a stable dust cleaning state.

2、 Accurate control of operating parameters: stabilizing the bottom line of compliance

Parameter imbalance is the key to implicit exceedance. During the acceptance period, core parameters should be strictly controlled to ensure stable filtering conditions.

1. Control the filtration wind speed: Adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the dust. The conventional dust wind speed is controlled at 0.8-1.2m/min, and the fine sticky dust and high concentration dust are reduced to 0.6-0.8m/min; Excessive wind speed can penetrate the filter material and exacerbate filter bag loss, while low wind speed can lead to decreased equipment efficiency and increased dust accumulation.

2. Stable system resistance: The normal resistance range is maintained between 1000-1800Pa. A sudden increase in resistance indicates that the filter bag is clogged, and the cleaning cycle should be optimized in a timely manner; The sudden drop in resistance is most likely due to damage to the filter bag. Stop the machine immediately for inspection and replacement.

3. Control the working conditions of flue gas: avoid the flue gas temperature exceeding the tolerance range of the filter bag, cool down the high-temperature flue gas in advance, and prevent the filter bag from burning out; Insulation and heat tracing should be done for high humidity flue gas to prevent condensation and bag sticking, ensuring the filtration performance of the filter material.

3、 Filter material selection and adaptation: improving purification efficiency from the root

Mismatch of filter media is a long-term hidden danger of exceeding standards. Before environmental acceptance, check the compatibility of filter media with working conditions and refuse blind selection.

1. For normal temperature and conventional dust, using polyester filter material can meet the standard requirements;

2. High temperature resistant filter materials such as PPS and PTFE are selected for high-temperature working conditions, and membrane filter materials are preferred for corrosion-resistant working conditions to improve the capture rate of fine dust;

3. For ultra-fine dust and ultra-low emission requirements, high-precision coated filter bags are selected, with filtration accuracy up to sub micron level, and strict control of outlet emission concentration.

4、 Operation and maintenance standards during acceptance period: avoid temporary exceeding standards

1. Before acceptance, conduct no-load and load test runs in advance, run continuously and stably for more than 24 hours, and investigate all hidden dangers;

2. During the acceptance period, it is prohibited to arbitrarily adjust the dust cleaning parameters, start and stop the fan, and maintain the stable operation of the equipment;

3. Prepare maintenance records, filter material certificates, equipment debugging reports, and other materials to cooperate with verification and improve acceptance efficiency.

5、 Common emergency remedies for exceeding standards

Temporary emergency technique: When the emissions slightly exceed the standard, first reduce the fan air volume and slow down the filtration speed; Extend the cleaning interval to avoid dust penetration caused by excessive cleaning of the filter bag; If there is local dust leakage, quickly seal weak sealing points such as maintenance doors and flower plates.
