The core function of a filter bag is to filter dust, and the selection should be based on the adaptability of the working conditions, material characteristics, and durability. There is no need to excessively pursue high-end materials, just fit the actual needs.

1. Adapt to working conditions parameters: prioritize matching dust types (viscosity, corrosiveness, high temperature, etc.), dust concentration, and operating temperature. For example, PTFE and fiberglass filter bags can be used for high-temperature dust (>120 ℃); Choose acid and alkali resistant materials first for corrosive dust; High viscosity dust requires the use of filter bags with smooth surfaces and easy cleaning to reduce the risk of clogging.
