1、 Key step 1: Precise maintenance of filter cartridge to avoid premature damage
The filter cartridge is the core of the equipment, and improper maintenance can directly lead to failure. Two key points need to be emphasized:
1. Regular inspection+timely replacement: Check the filter cartridge every 3-6 months (3 months for high dust conditions and 6 months for low dust conditions). If there is film peeling, surface holes, or resistance exceeding 1800Pa, replace it immediately; Food factories need to choose FDA grade filter cartridges. When replacing them, handle them gently to avoid friction and scratches between the filter cartridge and the housing.
2. Suitable filter cartridges for working conditions: PTFE coated filter cartridges that can withstand 120 ℃ are used in high temperature scenarios, and hydrophobic filter cartridges are selected in high humidity scenarios to avoid accelerated aging of the filter cartridges due to material mismatch.

Improper cleaning of dust can cause blockage or excessive wear of the filter cartridge, which needs to be dynamically adjusted according to the working conditions:
1. Control the cleaning parameters: Under normal operating conditions, use 0.3-0.5MPa low-pressure pulse cleaning, with a single injection time of 0.1-0.2 seconds; Shorten the cleaning interval for high viscosity dust to 5-8 minutes per time to avoid dust agglomeration; After cleaning, it is necessary to check whether the resistance has fallen back to 800-1200Pa to ensure effective cleaning.
2. Regularly clean the dust removal components: dismantle the pulse valve every month, clean the oil and impurities inside the valve body, check the sealing of the diaphragm, avoid incomplete dust removal due to air leakage, and adapt to the high stability requirements of European and American factories for equipment.
3、 Key Step 3: Core Component Inspection to Prevent Minor Malfunctions from Expanding
The wear and tear of other components of the equipment will indirectly affect its lifespan, and basic inspections need to be conducted monthly
1. Sealing and shell inspection: Check whether the equipment sealing gasket is aging (especially in high temperature areas), whether there is air leakage in the shell weld, and use soapy water to apply and detect bubbles. Air leakage can cause dust overflow and increase the load on the filter cartridge.
2. Electrical and fan maintenance: calibrate dust concentration sensors and differential pressure gauges to ensure accurate data; Add suitable lubricating oil to the fan bearings to avoid motor overload and burnout, and meet the data traceability needs of remote operation and maintenance in overseas factories.
Tips for adapting to foreign trade scenarios
Southeast Asia high humidity area: Apply anti rust paint to equipment shells every month, install heating devices on ash hoppers to prevent filter cartridges from getting damp and clumping;
European and American compliance zone: After maintenance, keep records of filter cartridge replacement and dust removal parameters for easy response to EPA/CE audits;
Small factory scenario: Provide a simplified maintenance manual and a set of vulnerable parts to reduce the difficulty of local team operation and maintenance.
