Traditional equipment is prone to electrode short circuits, sudden drops in dust removal efficiency, and even triggering environmental fines due to water vapor condensation. 1. Material is moisture resistant and corrosion-resistant
The electric field electrode and shell are made of 316L stainless steel, coated with a PTFE anti-corrosion layer on the surface, which can withstand 95% humidity, pH 2-12 acid and alkali water vapor, avoiding the problem of traditional carbon steel electrode rusting for 3-6 months; Insulated porcelain bottles are equipped with heating sleeves to maintain a temperature of 50-60 ℃, preventing insulation failure caused by water vapor condensation and ensuring stable power supply for the electric field.
2. Pre dehumidification and temperature control
Install a cyclone dehydrator and low-temperature heating module at the entrance, first separating 70% of the liquid water in the flue gas, and then raising the flue gas temperature to 5-10 ℃ above the dew point to reduce water vapor entering the electric field from the source, suitable for high humidity areas such as Southeast Asia and Northern Europe.
2、 Wide spacing electric field: stable efficiency, easy maintenance
1. Wide spacing anti condensation short circuit
Increasing the traditional electrode spacing from 150mm to 250-300mm can prevent the formation of cross electrode discharge channels even with a small amount of residual water vapor, thus avoiding electric field short circuits; At the same time, wide spacing reduces dust accumulation, reduces dust cleaning frequency by 50%, and is suitable for handling viscous dust in high humidity environments.
2. Efficient and stable compliance
Equipped with wide spacing and "high-voltage pulse power supply", the electric field voltage is increased to 70-80kV, and the dust capture rate for 0.5-10 μ m is still above 98%, with an emission concentration of ≤ 10mg/m ³, easily passing the EU CE and US EPA standards.

1. High temperature and high humidity: Install explosion-proof fans to avoid heat accumulation inside the equipment due to high temperature and high humidity;
