The long-term stable and standard operation of industrial dust removal equipment relies on the collaborative work of a complete set of supporting accessories. The performance degradation, excessive emissions, and increased failure rate of dust removal hosts are mostly due to aging of core components, mismatched selection, or wear and tear. The entire dust removal accessory system mainly includes filter accessories, support accessories, dust cleaning pneumatic accessories, dust discharge sealing accessories, and general accessories.

1、 Core filtration accessories: Dust bag

Dust bag is the core filtering element of bag filter, which directly determines the dust removal efficiency and emission indicators, and is also the main vulnerable part of the equipment. Different material filter bags are suitable for different temperature, humidity, and corrosive flue gas conditions.

Mainstream material classification and adaptation

Room temperature polyester filter bag is suitable for dry dust scenarios below 130 ℃, with strong versatility and high cost-effectiveness; Anti static polyester filter bags are specifically used for flammable and explosive working conditions such as sawdust, starch, and metal powder; PPS filter bag is resistant to acid and alkali, hydrolysis, and suitable for humid and desulfurized flue gas; PTFE coated filter material has high precision, non stick ash, and can meet ultra-low emission requirements; Fiberglass filter bags are suitable for high-temperature furnace flue gas conditions ranging from 260 ℃ to 280 ℃.

According to on-site requirements, filter bags can be treated with waterproof, oil resistant, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant reinforcement, and thickened sewing processes, suitable for complex working conditions such as high negative pressure, high wear, and high corrosion.
 


2、 Supporting accessories: dust removal skeleton (bag cage)

The dust removal skeleton is a specialized support structure for filter bags, which is used to prevent the filter bags from collapsing, deforming, and sticking during negative pressure operation, ensuring the ventilation area and uniform dust removal effect of the filter bags. It is a key accessory to extend the service life of the filter bags.

The conventional structure includes circular, elliptical, star shaped, and multi section skeletons, which are suitable for different equipment flower board apertures and box structures. Surface treatment is divided into galvanizing, spray coating, silicon spray coating, and stainless steel materials, which can effectively prevent rust and corrosion, and are suitable for humid and corrosive smoke environments.

The compliant skeleton welding points are smooth and free of burrs, which can avoid long-term friction and scratching of the filter bag, and reduce the equipment failure rate.

3、 Core accessories for dust cleaning: pulse solenoid valve

The pulse solenoid valve is the pneumatic core component of the pulse cleaning system, responsible for instantly releasing high-pressure airflow to complete the filter bag blowing and cleaning operation, directly affecting the cleaning efficiency and equipment operation resistance.

The mainstream market is divided into two types: submerged and right angle. Submerged valve body has fast exhaust speed and low pressure loss, suitable for large bag filters; Right angle type suitable for small and medium-sized dust removal equipment, easy to install and highly versatile.

The electromagnetic valve, when used in conjunction with a pulse controller, can automatically adjust the blowing cycle and duration, achieving fully automatic cyclic dust cleaning, avoiding filter bag clogging, and maintaining stable air flow and dust removal performance of the equipment.
 


4、 Accessories for supporting ash cleaning system

In addition to solenoid valves, the complete dust cleaning system also includes auxiliary components such as pulse controllers, gas storage tanks, spray pipes, and joint pipelines. As an intelligent control terminal, the pulse controller supports programmable adjustment and is suitable for 24-hour continuous production conditions; The air bag and spray pipe are responsible for stabilizing and evenly conveying high-pressure airflow, ensuring that each row of filter bags is cleaned evenly, and preventing local dust accumulation and high pressure difference problems.

5、 Ash unloading and sealing accessories

This type of accessory ensures the sealing and ash discharge stability of the equipment, avoiding air leakage, dust running, and secondary dust. It mainly includes filter bag sealing rings, maintenance door sealing strips, star shaped unloaders, double-layer flap valves, cylinders, etc.

Aging of sealing components is a common cause of equipment air leakage and excessive emissions.
