1、 Accurate selection and adaptation to working conditions
Choosing the appropriate dust bag is the foundation for extending its lifespan. It is necessary to fully consider the characteristics of dust (such as particle size, humidity, chemical properties) and the working environment (temperature, corrosiveness). For example, when dealing with high-temperature dust, bags made of heat-resistant materials such as aramid and P84 should be selected; For corrosive dust containing acid and alkali, corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) should be used. At the same time, based on parameters such as dust collector air volume and filtration air speed, the bag specifications should be reasonably matched to avoid accelerating bag wear due to excessive filtration load. ​
2、 Standardized operation and maintenance
1. Control operating parameters: Strictly control operating temperature, pressure, filtration air speed and other parameters within the design range. Excessive temperature can cause deformation and decrease in strength of the bag fibers; If the filtering wind speed is too fast, it will intensify the erosion of dust on the bag. It is recommended to regularly monitor equipment operation data and adjust abnormal parameters in a timely manner. ​
2. Scientific dust cleaning management: Cleaning dust too frequently or with excessive intensity can accelerate mechanical damage to the bag; Insufficient dust removal can lead to dust accumulation and increase operational resistance. Based on the nature and accumulation of dust, optimize the cleaning cycle and intensity, and control the compressed air pressure and blowing time when using pulse blowing for cleaning. ​
3. Regular inspection and cleaning: During daily inspections, check whether the cloth bag is damaged, aged, blocked, etc., and promptly repair or replace the damaged cloth bag. In addition, the bag can be regularly cleaned online or offline to remove surface dust and restore filtration performance. ​
3、 Effectively prevent malfunction issues
1. Prevent condensation and corrosion: Under high humidity conditions, avoid condensation caused by low internal temperature of the dust collector. Condensation can cause dust to adhere to the bag, resulting in bag sticking and possible bag corrosion. Measures such as strengthening equipment insulation and increasing intake temperature can be taken to prevent condensation. ​
2. Avoid dust accumulation: Clean the dust in the ash hopper in a timely manner to prevent dust backflow caused by full ash in the hopper, which may cause secondary pollution and blockage of the bag. Install a level monitoring device to monitor the amount of dust in the ash hopper in real time, ensuring timely discharge of dust. ​
3. Reduce mechanical damage: During installation and maintenance, be careful to avoid sharp objects scratching the cloth bag; Prevent mechanical damage to the bag caused by fan vibration, pipeline friction, etc. during operation. ​
