Core Structure and Material Innovation

Industrial dust removal filter cartridges usually adopt a folding structure design, which greatly increases the filtration area per unit volume (usually 3 to 5 times that of traditional filter bags), effectively reducing the operating resistance and energy consumption of the equipment.

1. Substrate selection: The base fabric of the filter cartridge is usually made of high-strength polyester fibers (PET) or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Polyester fibers have good mechanical strength and conventional temperature resistance, while PPS substrates can withstand higher temperatures and chemical corrosion, making them suitable for more complex working conditions.

2. PTFE coating technology: Covering the surface of the substrate with an extremely thin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous film is the key to achieving efficient filtration. The pore size of this layer of film is extremely small and evenly distributed, which can improve the filtration accuracy to the level of 0.3 microns. It has changed the traditional deep filtration mode and achieved "surface filtration", where dust is intercepted on the surface of the filter cartridge without being embedded inside the filter material.

3. Anti static technology: For flammable and explosive dust such as coal powder, aluminum powder, and lithium battery materials, the filter material will be blended with 3% to 5% conductive fibers (such as carbon fiber or stainless steel fiber) during the processing, or coated with a conductive coating on the surface. This allows the surface resistivity of the filter cartridge to be controlled below 10 ^ 8 ohms, ensuring that static electricity generated by friction during production can be quickly dissipated, fundamentally eliminating safety hazards caused by static sparks.

1. Extremely high filtration efficiency: Thanks to the dense structure of PTFE coating, this type of filter cartridge can intercept submicron dust with an efficiency of over 99.9%, easily meeting strict environmental emission standards and ensuring workshop air quality.

2. Excellent dust cleaning performance: The PTFE coating surface is smooth and has hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, with an extremely low friction coefficient. Dust is difficult to adhere to the surface of the filter cartridge and is easily peeled off during pulse blowback cleaning. This not only maintains the long-term stable operating resistance of the equipment, but also significantly extends the replacement cycle of the filter cartridge.

3. Wide application areas: This type of high-performance filter cartridge is widely used in industries that have dual requirements for safety and cleanliness. For example, in scenarios such as lithium battery manufacturing, electronic component production, precision chemicals, flour processing, and metal polishing, it can accurately capture ultrafine dust while effectively avoiding the risk of dust explosions.
