1、 Core working principle: filtering+pulse cleaning dual cycle

As a dry and efficient dust removal equipment, its operation revolves around the closed-loop of "gas-solid separation automatic cleaning continuous ash discharge", suitable for the vast majority of industrial dry dust scenarios:

1. Filtration and interception: The dusty gas is introduced through the air inlet, and the large particles of dust settle into the ash hopper by gravity. The fine particles follow the airflow to the filter bag area and are intercepted by the filter bag through inertial collision, diffusion, and screening. The purified gas is discharged through the filter bag.

2. Pulse dust cleaning: When the resistance caused by dust accumulation in the filter bag reaches 1200-1500Pa, the PLC system triggers the pulse valve, and compressed air is instantly sprayed onto the filter bag, causing it to expand and vibrate, peeling off the dust and falling into the ash hopper. The dust cleaning operation is thorough and does not stop.

3. Closed ash discharge: Dust from the ash hopper is regularly discharged through star shaped unloaders and screw conveyors to prevent secondary dust and ensure continuous operation.

2、 Core standards and compliance requirements for CE certification

1. Basic directives: Follow the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU, corresponding to the standards EN ISO 12100 (Mechanical Safety Risk Assessment) and EN 60335 (Electrical Safety, Protection against Electric Shock, Overheating, Fire).

2. Explosion proof Special (ATEX): When handling flammable and explosive dust such as wood powder, metal powder, chemical powder, etc., it is necessary to comply with the ATEX directive, with electrical components reaching Ex explosion-proof level, equipped with explosion-proof discs, explosion-proof valves, and spark arresters.

3. Environmental protection and performance: Meet the EN 13776 filtration efficiency standard (≥ 99.5% for particles larger than 1 μ m), industrial emission directive IED (PM2.5 daily limit ≤ 5mg/m ³), and noise ≤ 85dB (at 1m).

4. Structural compliance: The pressure resistance of the box body is ≥ 5000Pa, the filter bag is sealed without short circuit, the service life of the pulse valve is ≥ 1 million times, and the overall air leakage rate is ≤ 3%.
