1、 The core working logic of electromagnetic pulse valve

The core of the electromagnetic pulse valve is to rely on the synergistic effect of electromagnetic force and air pressure difference to achieve fast opening and closing, precise spraying. The overall process is simple and responsive, without the need for complex operations. It can be divided into three key stages, and the entire process only requires a brief electric pulse signal to drive, with low energy consumption.

Initial state (power-off closed): The electromagnetic coil is in a demagnetization state, and the diaphragm inside the valve body is tightly compressed by the pressure of the compressed air above and the force of the reset spring, cutting off the passage between the air inlet and the spray pipe. At this time, the valve is in a closed state, and no compressed air is released.

Working state (powered on): When the pulse controller sends a brief electrical pulse signal, the electromagnetic coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, which attracts the moving iron core and opens the pressure relief channel of the diaphragm back pressure chamber, causing a sharp drop in pressure inside the back pressure chamber. The compressed air pressure below the diaphragm is instantly greater than the pressure above it, pushing the diaphragm to quickly pop up. The main valve port opens, and the high-pressure compressed air stored in the air bag is sprayed out at high speed, forming a strong pulse airflow to complete the dust removal of the filter material.

Reset state (power-off closed): After the electric pulse signal ends, the electromagnetic coil loses magnetism, the magnetic force disappears, and the reset spring pushes the moving iron core to reset, closing the pressure relief channel. Compressed air re enters the back pressure chamber, the pressure inside the chamber rises, the diaphragm is pressed back to the valve seat, the main valve port closes, returns to the initial state, waits for the next pulse signal, forms a complete working cycle, and the response time is usually in milliseconds.

2、 Applicable scenarios of electromagnetic pulse valve
