The core component of the plastic fired plate dust collector is the plastic fired plate, which is made of polymer materials (such as polyethylene and polypropylene) through a special sintering process, with a surface densely covered with uniform micro pores. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, it passes through the surface of the plastic burning plate under the negative pressure of the fan. Due to the extremely small and evenly distributed pores in the plastic fired board, dust particles cannot pass through and can only be intercepted on the surface of the plastic fired board, while clean gas smoothly passes through the filter holes and is discharged from the outlet, completing preliminary filtration. This surface filtration method can intercept dust more efficiently compared to traditional deep filtration, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99.9%.
As the filtration process continues, a layer of dust will gradually accumulate on the surface of the plastic fired board. To ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment, it is necessary to clean the dust in a timely manner. The plastic fired board dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method. When the set cleaning conditions are reached (such as the pressure difference exceeding the threshold or the operating time reaching the set duration), the pulse valve opens and high-pressure air is instantly sprayed into the back chamber of the plastic fired board. The reverse impact force generated by high-pressure airflow causes slight deformation of the plastic fired board. At the same time, under the action of the airflow, the dust layer on the surface of the plastic fired board is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. Due to the smooth surface and strong chemical stability of the plastic fired board, dust is not easily attached, making the cleaning process efficient and thorough. After cleaning, the plastic fired board can quickly restore its initial filtering performance, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the dust collector.
