After a period of use, the dust removal bag accumulates a layer of dust on its surface due to screening, collision, retention, diffusion, static electricity and other effects. This layer of dust is called the initial layer. During the subsequent movement, the initial layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material. With the help of the initial layer, filter materials with larger mesh holes can also achieve higher filtration efficiency. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some small dust particles that have already adhered to the filter material will be squeezed out, causing a decrease in the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, excessive resistance of the dust collector can significantly reduce the airflow of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches the numerical value, it is necessary to clean the dust in a timely manner. When cleaning, the initial layer should not be damaged to avoid a decrease in efficiency.
Dust removal bags are generally divided into pulse type dust removal bags, vibration type dust removal bags, and back blowing dust removal bags according to different cleaning methods.
According to different shapes, there are also round bag type, flat bag type, and envelope type.

Filtering method: There are mainly two types of filtering methods: internal filtering and external filtering.
Internal filter dust bag: After the dust containing gas is filtered through the inner surface of the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the inner surface of the filter bag. This filtration method is called internal filter;
External filter bag: After the dust containing gas is filtered through the outer surface of the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. This filtering method is called external filter.
When cleaning the bag, use slight vibration to clean all the larger particles of dust inside the filter bag, so as not to affect the fiber material bag. After gentle tapping, the bag still maintains good filtering effect, and the stains on the bag are also very easy to peel off.
