1、 Selection Core Guide
1. Matching of operating condition parameters
Clear handling of air volume: Select based on the dust production of individual equipment, with an air volume deviation of no more than ± 10%, to avoid overload or inefficient operation.
Suitable for temperature and humidity: Choose conventional polyester filter bags for normal temperature drying conditions; High temperature resistant filter materials are used for high temperatures (≤ 120 ℃); For high humidity scenarios, hydrophobic film coating should be selected.
Adaptation of dust characteristics: Conventional filter bags can be used for coarse dust (>10 μ m), and film filter bags can be used for fine powder (<5 μ m); Corrosive dust needs to be paired with a 316L stainless steel casing.

2. Compliance and scenario adaptation
Referring to local emission standards: European and American markets need to meet CE and EPA certification requirements to ensure emission concentrations are ≤ 10mg/m ³.
Space adaptation: Choose vertical models for narrow workshops, choose horizontal models for open spaces, and reserve maintenance space of ≥ 0.5m.

2、 Key product details
1. Filter bag system
Filter bag material: conventional polyester, high temperature resistant PPS, anti-corrosion PTFE, selected according to working conditions, with elastic sealing at the interface to avoid air leakage.
Fixed method: Clamp type installation, easy to disassemble, with a gap between the filter bag and the frame controlled at 3-5mm to prevent friction damage.

2. Ash cleaning and unloading design
Cleaning method: Pulse blowing is the main method, with a cleaning pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa, and the spraying timing can be manually adjusted.
Ash unloading device: Small models are equipped with drawer style ash hoppers, while large models use star shaped ash unloading valves to prevent secondary dust generation.

3. Structure and Safety
Shell material: carbon steel spray coating (normal working conditions) or 316L stainless steel (corrosion scenario), seamless welding treatment, sealing grade ≥ IP54.
Safety configuration: Explosion proof valves can be optionally installed in explosion-proof scenarios, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω, in compliance with ATEX certification requirements.

4. Operation and maintenance
Control panel: simple rotary knob or PLC basic model, displaying operating status and resistance values, supporting manual dust cleaning.
Maintenance design: The access door adopts a quick opening structure, and the filter bag replacement does not require professional tools, and can be operated by a single person.
