1. Material selection: the basis for adapting to multiple working conditions
The material of the spring frame needs to be accurately selected according to the working conditions such as flue gas temperature and corrosiveness:
Low carbon steel (Q235): After cold drawing and forming, the surface is galvanized with a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 60 μ m. The salt spray test lasts for 48 hours and is suitable for normal temperature (≤ 120 ℃) and non corrosive working conditions, such as grain processing and wood processing. 2. Winding process: precise control of elasticity guarantee

Installation specifications: When stretching the skeleton, uniform force should be applied to avoid deformation caused by excessive local stress; When bagging, ensure that the skeleton is fully stretched and adheres to the inner wall of the bag without wrinkles to prevent local dust accumulation.
Regular inspection: Check the elasticity of the skeleton every quarter to see if it has decayed, if the surface is corroded or if the welding points have fallen off. If any problems are found, replace them in a timely manner, especially during the high humidity Southeast Asian rainy season where inspection frequency needs to be increased.
Storage requirements: Unused skeletons should be sealed and stored in a dry environment to avoid contact with acidic and alkaline substances. North American customers should pay attention to complying with UL packaging material environmental standards.
