Product overview
Bag filter, also known as bag filter or filter dust collector, is an efficient dry dust removal equipment. It uses a bag filter element made of fiber braid to capture solid particles in dust-containing gas, and is particularly suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust.
Working principle
1. Filtration principle: dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and some large particles of dust are separated by gravity and inertial force when passing through the ash hopper, and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The rest of the dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag when the gas passes through the filter bag, while the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is finally discharged from the air outlet.
2. The principle of cleaning ash: with the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag is continuously thick, and the resistance of the equipment is increased. When the resistance reaches the set value, the dust cleaning device starts. During the ash cleaning process, the poppet valve of a sub-chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air expands rapidly into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform and vibrate. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the filtration state of the chamber is restored.
